Check-in begins at 4:00 a.m. Saturday, November 7. No vendors will be allowed in after 6:30 a.m.
Check-in takes place in front of Napa Auto Parts. Vendors must enter from Highway 8.
Booths must be completely set up and all vehicles removed from the street by 7:00 a.m.
Completely unload first, move your vehicle to the designated parking area, and then assemble your booth. This keeps traffic moving.
Food trailers may set up Friday, November 6, from noon until 8:00 p.m. Food trailers must check in Friday at the Fire Department.
Do not break down, load, or leave before the festival ends at 3:00 p.m.
Power is 110 volts with a 20-amp maximum per line. Bring your own extension cords. Quiet generators are encouraged.
A Mississippi sales-tax envelope will be provided at check-in. Every vendor must complete the tax form and bring the required 7% sales tax to the Fire Department by 3:00 p.m. Tax payment should be cash or check payable to VSPF. Missing tax forms or payments may be reported to the Mississippi Department of Revenue and may make a vendor ineligible to return.
Keep your contact information current. Festival organizers will send any schedule, weather, placement, or arrival updates to the email address provided with your application.
