Vendor terms

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a space. Approved applicants receive payment instructions. Spaces are confirmed when payment is recorded.

Vendors agree to festival rules, setup and check-out requirements, product restrictions, tax procedures, generator guidance, and the no-refund rain-or-shine policy. Loud or disruptive generators may be repositioned or turned off.

The festival may publish a confirmed vendor’s business name, primary contact, category, and registration-completion date.
